Application

What format should I use to submit my portfolio?

There is no specific format required. Please submit your portfolio in the format you currently have.

Can I apply for multiple positions at once?

Yes, multiple applications are allowed. However, please note that the evaluation period and criteria may vary by position.

Can I review my submitted application?

Yes, you can review your application through the confirmation email sent by Ninehire upon submission.

Can I edit my application after submission?

Once submitted, applications cannot be edited. If you need assistance, please contact us at recruit@memebox.com.

Interview

Is there a dress code for the interview?

Memebox has a casual dress culture. Feel free to dress comfortably for your interview.

Is parking support available for interviews?

On-site underground parking is available, and we offer up to 1 hour of parking validation. * Please note : Parking may be limited due to the building's location and conditions.

How are interviews conducted?

Interviews are primarily conducted in person. However, some may be held via video call depending on the situation.

When will I receive the interview results?

Results are typically communicated within one week, but in some cases, it may take up to two weeks. * If there is a delay, we will contact you seperately.

Can I receive an interview confirmation letter?

Yes, if needed, please request it at recruit@memebox.com or ask after your interview.

Can non-Korean nationals apply?

Yes, as long as you hold a valid work visa or are eligible to obtain one. We proudly work with many international team members at Memebox. :)

Are there any specific major requirements per role?

No, applications are open regardless of your academic major. (There is no disadvantage based on field of study.)

When is the start date after the final section?

The start date is negotiable. For candidates available immediately, on-boarding is usually possible within 2 weeks.

중복 지원 가능합니다. 단, 각 포지션별로 평가 기간 및 기준이 다를 수 있습니다.

면접 복장은 어떻게 되나요?

미미박스는 의복에 있어 자유로운 기업문화를 가지고 있습니다. 면접 시 자유 복장으로 참석해주시면 됩니다.

면접 시 주차 지원이 가능할까요?

자가용 이용 시 지하 주차장에 주차 가능하며, 주차권(최대 1시간)을 지원해드립니다. * 건물 위치 및 특성 상 주차가 쉽지 않습니다. 사전에 참고 부탁 드립니다.

면접은 어떤 방식으로 진행되나요?

기본적으로 대면 면접으로 진행되나, 일부 면접의 경우 화상으로 진행될 수 있습니다.

면접 결과는 언제 알 수 있나요?

기본적으로 1주 이내로 면접 결과를 안내 드리나, 상황에 따라 최대 2주까지 소요될 수 있습니다. * 결과 안내가 늦어질 경우 별도로 연락을 드리고 있습니다.
